Blaney Gears can manufacture a large variety of internal and external splines and slots using our Slotter machines. We can produce internal keyways to metric and imperial standards including tapered bores. We will accommodate any batch size from a one off up to medium size batches. Internal keyways up to 3ft long, any depth and width possible. Blaney Gears manufacture slotting tooling in-house to specialist profiles.
