At Blaney Gears milled components are produced to high tolerances using both CNC and manual milling machines. Higher tolerances and surface finishes can also be achieved using our surface and cylindrical grinding machines.

Large capacity CNC milling- bed sizes up to 2200mm by 800mm by 800mm

Manual milling- sizes up to 2000mm by 500mm by 500mm

We are not limited to the above sizes and bigger dimensional components can be accommodated.

Component parts can be made in a wide variety of materials.
