Blaney Gears Ltd has the largest gear and shaft manufacturing capabilities in Ireland to offer all types of gear cutting, splining, grinding and broaching/keyways and hardening facilities.

We have in-house facilities to reverse engineer and re-manufacture drive and transmission components used in industry, plant and machinery to OEM specification.

We can make internal and external gears of almost any type or size up to 3 ton, shafts, pinions and bearings. We can manufacture the following types of gears:
